I've updated mine and don't see any changes. If you have any add-ons installed for firefox, they might not be compatible with the newer version. If you don't have anything installed, than just update it. Or else it'll keep bugging you.

I am going to a new doctor, and i have to get my first physical from him. i haven't been to the doctor in over a year to be honest, but in the past year i've also developed some kind of lack of focus in school and everyday tasks. a lack of motivation almost. i will read something and find myself having to re-read it over and over to fully understand it. i am disorganized and can't prioritize so well. i'd like to ask my doctor about prescribing me a low dose of adderall, since i've tried it once and it helped very much. what should i say to him, because i don't want to get tested for ADD (too much $) because I don't think i have ADD since I used to be efficient. Do I possibly have OCD?

There are many types of symptoms in OCD. For example, me, like you, I dont worry that much about germs and my room is very messy. But I'm a hoarder(maybe thats the reason my room is so messy). I cant throw away things and I have kept things since I was probly 5 years old and I;m 18. And I have to check things obsessively (like 20 times) but I still have OCD.

You don't sound ungrateful at all. It sounds as though your parents aren't helping you with your self-esteem. They may not even realise they're upsetting you, but obviously they are. Maybe try seeing a counsellor to discuss your feelings. They might have some practical advice as to how to improve your relationship with your parents, who I'm sure love you & aren't trying to upset you on purpose. I'm sorry to hear about your problem :(

Question on joining the military?

I recently earned a degree in meteorology in May, but for a long time I have also wanted to serve my country. My education, which is one part of my life I wanted to accomplish, is essentially complete. But the other half, the part that wants to serve, is at a crossroads. The reason being is, how can I serve my country using the expertise I learned in meteorology? Which branch of the military, if any, can utilize what I know about weather/forecasting/etc? If what I know is of no use, what do you suggest I should learn that you believe is interesting, or of potential use?
