I am almost going to be 19 and have never had a girlfriend before, is it time for me to start worrying?

I wouldn't start worrying, but open up your horizons and try and find someone that you like and see where things go. Theres no reason to date someone that you really don't like or care that much about just so that you can say you have a GF. Find someone that you like and genuinely want to be with. You said that there aren't many decent girls in your area, so maybe you need to branch out. You're old enough to move somewhere that you like better, or you could always try visiting other cities nearby, meeting someone on vacation, or even online dating if you're in to that kind of thing. Theres no reason to sit around worrying about it, but you can't just expect people to appraoch you. If you want a relationship and have your eye on someone, make a move, that's the only way anything will happen, you can't expect them to approach you. Good luck!
