I am 4.0 student who generally has few problems with profs. My one prof is horrible? What to do?

My one prof is the BIGGEST F U K ING tard on the face of this Earth. He is sooo disorganized and gets away with it by sounding exciting and smoozing the enormous amount of dum as ses in my class. I am taking a pass/fail option on the course but am still worried about failing because he is a horrible teacher. How are teachers held accountable for complete garbage teaching like this?
