Do doctors and lawyers,successful men ever marry poor women like a waitresses?

or do they marry doctors,lawyers etc.? Also why is a girl a gold digger if financial stability and personality is top priority for a poor girl that wants a stable life w/fam and kids but a guy is not called anything bad for choosing looks and personality as his top priority?
