Half-leasing out my 4 year old?

I wouldnt half lease such a young horse unless to a VERY experienced rider. hes so young, id just worry about someone ruining him before he even gets a proper start. but if you can find someone who wants more less a project and is experienced enough to train him, but cant afford a horse of their own, then i would think that would be ok. just be careful. you dont want such a young horse to be screwed up by some idiot who thinks they know it all.
