Can you help me create a workout plan (beginner)?

I think the reason I've been putting off exercising is because I'm disorganized and not quite sure how to get started. I want to focus on toning my butt and getting a smaller waist, but I'd also like to tone up my arms and get some cardio in there as well. What exercises should I do and how many? Should I work out every day? I really need help coming up with a schedule because I feel like I'll never get anything done. Thanks!
