Do you think the Astros will go back to being a playoff contender in the near future?

I'm a big 'Stros fan and I realize this is not their year. However, they have decent amd some over average players at each position though they're almost all very young. If all their players reached their potential, would they be a playoff contender. (I don't want answers like "Ha, the Astros suck more like LASTros" because I realize they're doing bad this year.
