Does Evolution defy the Law of Entropy?

Evolution doesn't defy the law of entropy, it just delays the inevitability. Every organism eventually dies, no matter how evolved it is. That is returning to chaos. Some organisms have more advanced genetics providing traits which allow them to survive longer, prolonging the entropic process.
