How do you handle house work with a baby?

I have a 3 month old, and Im alone with the house chores. My husband works and doesnt want to contribute. he does provide us with all we need though.I understand since he works full time and Im at home. Plus hes naturally disorganized and just makes more messes.Please! give me all the tips that work or worked for you with food, laundry, etc.
