Is serious disorganization a mental disorder?(Read below,Serious answers please!)?

So i been realizing, i am seriously disorganized, and live like a pig I'n my room.I am not a mental retarded person,I am I'n college and doing well I'n my classes.Although I am so disorganized,I would urinate I'n a bottle I'n my room,because I am too lazy to go to the bathroom, and since sometimes the bathroom would be occupied since i live I'n a rented apartment.I would leave the bottles I'n my room for a couple of days until my mom says i have to take them out.She complains but i just don't listen or even care.I feel like a useless teenager, I am only 17 years old and i honestly feel like my life is out of order.Sometimes my mom even has to help me clean my room.And even today i found myself living as if i were I'n the projects,I threw a bottle of pee outside the window.Please serious answers.
