Is there anyway to prove to a judge that my mother's living situation is unstable?
I am 17 years old and my mom moved me and my sister out to Kentucky so she could get married. We were pretty poor in the state I grew up in but now that we have a step father to provide things are alright. Recently they have been fighting a lot and my mom says that we are moving back to Kansas. I really really really do NOT want to go with her. I know that we will have to be without for a while, and I have a Pastor who has offered me her home (which she never would do to anyone. It is different with me so she says). I know that I'll get good faith training, and I'll have a sense of stability. My mom on the other hand won't go for it. She doesn't want to leave me behind, but I am CRYING OUT for a miracle. I cannot go back to living like that or with an unstable, moody, hateful environment where I'm different from all my brothers and sisters there and what ever. Is there ANY way that I can prove to a judge that it would be best for me to stay? I know she has custody but I really want out of it. (I can't be emancipated because I can't fully support myself yet). PLEASE help me :'(
