My dentist pulled a tooth and pushed down hard on my lower jaw. Now I have pain when I yawn. Help?

She was rushing and her assistants were very disorganized. She had to constantly ask for tools and assistance during my procedure. It was terribly painful. She pushed down so hard on my lower jaw to remove the tooth, I thought she would de-hinge it. Unfortunately, I have to keep going back to her to get the implant put in. But now when I yawn, I have pain at the back of my jaw and I have to force myself to finish the yawn. Anyone help me please? I don't want to tell the dentist about it because I just want her to finish the implant and get out of there.
