Potential job opportunity ?

Ok so i applyed for the position of cashier at kmart a couple months ago, i called the manager about 5 times about my application over the course of a month or so until she finally told me she found someone else better suited for the job. I dont think i got it because i originally applied for stocker but she told me they dont hire anyone under 18 for that, so my application made me look good for that job, not cashier. Anyways they have an opening as a restaurant associate so i was wondering should i apply for that? or will she remember me and not want to give me the job? because their is a questionaire and im gonna answer it to sell myself for this job, as well as changing some of my special skills to make me more better suited for that type of job, im sorry if this is confusing. Anyways should i apply for it?
