If i accidentally dented a car in my driveway and refuse to pay what are the potential reprecussions?

That something happened accidentally does not relieve you of legal responsibility to pay for the damage. If you're a minor and refuse to pay, the aggrieved party may file a claim for damages against your parents/guardians in civil court. If you are an adult, you may be sued yourself. But it is not a criminal act, so don't worry about that.
