Why don't some people give up the fact that Windows is better than Mac?

When people compare a windows PC with a mac, they compare it with a shitty $300 PC. They don't compare it with the high configuration machines like Alienware M15X, Dell Precision, Lenovo Thinkpad W, HP Elitebook and so on. In addition to being as fast as a mac, Windows is the platform which 955 of the computer industry is interested in. Less games are developed for Mac. GPU drivers are not properly written for Mac and they crash all the time when running CAD or 3D Applications. Moreover, a Mac is also much expensive than the PC counterparts. If we want more stability, we could run RedHat or Fedora in our PC. I don't understand why many people fancy Apple and their PC's.
